Ronald Fowlkes: An American Hero

Ronald Fowlkes is a Business Development Manager of Law Enforcement / Commercial products for Eagle Industries Unlimited, Inc. (ATK). He specializes in Law enforcement and commercial products, as well as product education for well over 150 sales personnel, product selection for development and sale, as well as calling on customers nationwide.

Fowlkes fits perfectly into his position as the Business Development Manager at Eagles Industries Unlimited, Inc., due to his Professional background.

 

From 1989-1993, Fowlkes served in the United States Marine Corps. He was promoted twice on merit in the Corps and he is a veteran of the First Gulf War. He attended many trainings under the Marine Corps, such as, U.S army parachute school, Advanced Navy-Marine Corps Parachute Insignia, basic engineering course, The Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (ANGLICO)’s basic course, Marine Combat training at the Marine Corps School of Infantry and also the gruesome seven-week Naval Special Warfare Foundation (NSWF) combat diver school.

 

He was deployed to Iraq by the US Army as a DOD contractor where he worked with the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) in mounting and dismounting of infantry operations in combat zones.

 

He is an instructor with the United States military in hostage rescue, tactical operations, CBQ and post-blast analysis, questioning of individuals that have been detained plus evidence collection. This is because he has 13 years of experience in Law enforcement. He worked 10 years with the St. Louis Department of Police in the Metropolitan area. Seven of those years he was on the Human Rescue Team (HRT). He became the leader of the team in 2003 and was certified in instructing shoot house, tactical rifle, SWAT or URBAN warfare tactics and defense tactics.

 

This team dealt with more than 250 highly risky entries and all hostage incidents together with barricaded subjects. When not on duty, they went to high risk/violent neighborhoods and conducted personal investigations into all sorts of issues such as trafficking of illegal drugs, gangs, illegal gun possession, etc. This team was also a Civil Disobedient and WMD Response Team.

 

Before all that, he worked 3 years with the St. Louis County Police Department, hence the 13 years’ experience. He is truly a great American hero.
